    • Business Partnering with project managers to reforecast their projects and ensure they are reported back to the business correctly.

    • I have learnt how to communicate effectively with different groups and how important this is.

    • I really enjoy the flexilibity my apprenticeship allows with studying and working at the same time.

    • My apprenticehsip is very well organised with regular meetings being held with myself, my line manager and my mentor at Kaplan.

    • I receive a lot of support with additional time off around the time of any exams and my line manager ensuring i am receiving off the job training.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I recieve a lot of support if needed and call always contact tuto's within Kaplan if i need additional support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I feel that my qualification does help me perform better in my role as i am constantly learning new things which can be applied to be job role

    • Yes there are lots of sports teams and social activities monthly.
