My role at work is a housekeeper but when my colleague is off work, I stand in as a room checker. My day to day role is overseeing the other housekeepers and checking their standards of rooms, counting and putting delivery away and marking rooms down on checkmate.
Yeah I've learnt about personal development, customer profiles, quality and diversity, swot analysis and vision values
I enjoy my programme. I have lots of support from my trainer.
My programme is very well structured and organised in advance so I always know what I'm doing from one session to the next. And the virtual classroom are very informative.
My employer supports me by giving me days where I can do my apprenticeship.
My training provider had giving me plenty of support.
It helps me understand and put into practice the things that I have learnt.
