Setting out builds, reduced digs and ductwork. Will also help groundworkers, carpenters and mechanical engineers if needed.
Lot's of training and so many new skills learned.
This feels like the perfect job for me and the support i get is incredible.
There is a clear structure and progression path in place.
The support is absolutely incredible.
The training is outsourced to a college group. The content is good but the quality of teaching isn't the best.
I think the content relates really well to my job, it just isn't presented the best.
