Get support off my kitchen manager in learning new things and putting them into place
Can call or text whenever i need or if hes busy use the aptem system to communicate. Really useful
Teaches me how to deal with team, supporting disciplining, inspiring

Good career path, good perks. Hard work, sometimes horrific but overall its worth it for the friends you make and jobs available
