Yes it helped me with leadership ship and change management skills that are currently being used in house
While it was hard to fit in with my day to day job role I enjoyed the learning and the hands on approach from my trainer when I needed to take a break due to family bereavement
It was well organised and I could use evidence from work I hadalready done so not increasing Mt work load substantially
I did get some support but due to me having to go hold another business I then didn't have 121 with my manager and so had to manage my own time
I got lots of help from my training partner and he always checked in to see how I was doing even when he moved job positions

Having worked here for 22 yearsyears I have seen both highs and lows and feel it is a company always evolving to meet new challenges head on
