The program is enjoyable. I can fit it around my hours and personal life. It also helps with my development of work and personal skills
It is well organised and structured. All my learning is on Aptem and is easy to access and find resources.
I receive good support from my GM who is always pushing me to to my best and is always available if I need support
I have a great learning coach who is always there to support me and answer any questions I have.
Very well. It has helped me develop my management skills and has lead to new opportunities and experiences
We are having a Xmas staff party soon and there are days at head office that I can go to which help me develop in my role
