My role is kitchen team leader, this role entales assisting the kitchen manager with her duties when she isn't working and when she is with openingband closing and running the kitchen efficiently.
I have learnt more about external company polices and how they work.
It was fun for me to do and I felt that I was achieving whilst working.
Very. I migrated to aptem during the end of my apprentiship and believe that this was better.
I didn't have support from a kitchen team as we were in lock down and I had no kitchen manager. My general manager offered of gave me no support throughout.
My tutor was brilliant and so were the assessors.
I have gained more confidence as I now know that I am capable
