Management of projects, updating files and PMOs, retrieving documents needed for projects, helping to digitise processes

Its exciting to be involved in new innovations and meet people from all around the world

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support from my team that I work with personally , not much from the company as a whole for example - the learning team who are supposed to support apprentices

They support a bit and extra support is always given when asked for.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't feel that the qualification really helps towards my role as nothing in the course has been related to it yet

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, learning cohorts are encouraged to join development teams, I am on the Digi team which allows me to do more than just my job and gain new experiences. There are also many sports clubs to join too - I am a part of the netball team.

The culture of the company is great and its generally a nice place to work

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?

Put relevant qualifications on your CV to get through the first round as they have a recruitment agency rather than Unilever employees deciding about who to interview
