Setting out, authorising permits, carrying out inductions, ensuring site safety, completing CAD drawings and being in control of site drawings and sending out to subcontractor.
Yes, may skills i have learnt. some include; setting out, reading drawings, collaborating with contractors/subbies and managing my own package.
I love my programme, it is such a good life experience and I can't wait to continue my career in construction
Very well organised, 4 weekly meetings with my tutor to ensure i am on track
More than enough, my employers are very intrigued into what i am doing and give me the support whenever i need it, they push me to my limits.
Support is as and when required, i am a solo learner but will reach out when needed
50/50, the things we learn arent relevant to my current project, however, they are relevant to my future career and will help me progress into the wider industry
Loads of things to be involved with in Costain, it's just finding the right time
Yes
I wouldn't want to work anywhere else, well looked after and progression levels are high
Just go for it!
