Day to day running of the business, opening & closing, stock counting, receiving & ordering, safe & legal checks, team management and training.
Every day is a school day, continual development and stretch. Systems, policies & procedures change and we have to learn and train with it.
Challenging myself to think outside of the company ways I have worked for over 25 years.
You have the ability to take your own pace generally.
Difficult to say due to team issues and their level of understanding.
