Responsible for 2 retail stores looking at sales, profit, people and loss. Supporting our colleagues to deliver the best customer experience
i have been able to strengthen my knowledge on the processes but also now understand why we have specific policies and how to support my colleagues with more confidence
i really enjoy having the flexibility to set my own agenda, manage my time as what works for me but with the confidence to know when to ask for help and where to get it. My line manager and the people team at the support hub have been very supportive
i like the flow of the learning and how each section layers on my learnings, i like the activities that stretch me and pull me out of my comfort zone and the time scales are realistic
My line manager has allowed me time and resources as i need and i have been able to network with the people team with colleagues that i hjad not spoken to before - everyone of them as given great advice and feedback
My coach at lifetime is always available and responds quickly when i have a query - gives great feedback both positive and constructive and directs me to websites and links that i would find helpdful
This has really amplified me on the region, i get calls from my peers for advice and have had colleagues approach me to ask questions - i have been able to resolve difficult people situations which previously I would of had to call in an expert for
there are business forum events that we have access too .
Yes

be open, be honest, have fun, deliver what you say you will , take ownership of decisions and never be afraid to ask for help or advice . we are one large family who only wish to see each other succeed
