My role involves giving pastoral support to apprentices and helping them thrive in their working environment and achieving their apprenticeship.
I've learned a lot about managing and leading a team. This has been very helpful in my role.
The programme is constructed in a great way which correlates with what I am doing at my job. I was able to learn and enhance many skills which I use on a daily basis.
The structure is great, I am consistently seeing my tutor who gives me feedback on my work, delivers a training session and sets tasks for my next meeting. The module delivery is great, I really enjoy it.
My employer is very supportive. My manager and team motivates me to do my job well, offers support and guidance when I need it and provides me with many opportunities to learn.
My tutor has been amazing with supporting me throughout the programme. She always reminds me to reach out to her in between sessions if I need further clarification and explains my tasks very clearly and adapts to my learning style.
My apprenticeship has taught me many skills and knowledge that I confidently use in my job. Through completing my assignments I am able to reflect on my work and identify areas that I can improve on.
