My job at TUI involves me selling holidays and making sure people receive the best customer service. It is useful that i have knowledge of popular travel destinations so i can find the best suitable holiday for my customer. Alongside this for my apprenticeship i participate in one day of training weekly and it contributes to my final grade.
Since joining the TUI team i have learnt to many new things, as i am a apprentice and learning is something i am actively doing on a daily basis. I have learnt about a diverse amount of holiday destinations and how to work the day to day systems TUI use to operate.
I love working for TUI, my colleagues are welcoming and supportive. Not only that majority of customers are friendly and patient too!
I like the structure of my programme as is very structured week in week out.
I receive so much support from my company, apprenticeship tutor and colleagues. My apprenticeship tutor checks in regularly and my work offer me plenty of resources/ answer my questions.
I receive a great amount of support from my training provider.
I think my training duration is and will go great, because i have lots of support and knowledge from people around me. I also know how to manage and keep up with assignments.
Yes
because it is a friendly and secure company/environment.
be yourself and try your best.
