Setting up the surgery for the day and assisting the dentist with treatment and dental procedures. Working in the decontamination rooms and ensuring patients are happy and comfortable.
I have learnt the knowledge and skills to provide patient care and assist the dental professionals with chair side support during treatment.
I feel I gain do much from my course. It provides me with the knowledge, skills and understanding to be able to do my job.
I feel the programme is very well structured. When I have a call or meeting arranged I am always given plenty of reminders and time to let my manager know for the work rota to be amended. The video lessons are always informative and helpful.
My employer always gives 100% help and support to the training and work I undertake.
My training provider/coach provides me with a lot of support. She is very helpful and approachable.
I feel the qualification will help a lot as it is very informative and provides me with a wide range of knowledge to help me understand and progress as a dental nurse.
