People management and overseeing of the billing department for I&C customers
Yes it has expanded my knowledge in so many areas of the business from marketing to finance, governance and risk etc
I really enjoy the on campus days and applying this to my role
It is well organised but there is room for improvement
I receive a good level of support from employer
With assignments support is good with the apprenticeship it has been limited so far only quarterly meetings
The qualification is very relevant to my role and ambition of becoming a senior leader in the business.
