My role within my team currently is to help, and gain experience, other team members and pick up work within my scope that builds my knowledge.
Yes, i have learnt a multitude of new skills, from technical languages to SAAS/IAAS to cloud services.
I enjoy it very much, there has been some hiccups along the way, regarding security measures within the bank clashing with what my learning provider is asking of me but there is normally always a way around that.
It is well organised, the webpage which i rely on to track my progress is well structured and clear on deadlines and such.
A lot of support, my manager has been very helpful in progressing my learning with my apprenticeship.
I receive a decent amount of support but the most, i believe, comes from my team in the workplace.
It is great getting the exposure to many different learning environments through my training provider but i believe if they aren't being implemented in the workplace, it is harder to memorise what has been taught.
There are many professional networking events that i have attended.
Yes
They are a great organisation to work for, very people focused and they put your mental health first. I would recommend to a friend.
