I’m a supervisor and my job is to run a shift at a high standard making sure the business is safe and at high standards of food and customer service. Making sure the team know what their doing each day and making sure they become confident of their own ability.
I have learnt to have good timing and being organised. I have learnt to engage with every customer and deal with different situation.
My program was fun when researching up the history of the business
The programme was organised very well. I knew what I was doing all the time
