My professional etiquette has improves. My IT skills have improved and so has my timekeeping.
I enjoy the program to the highest extent imaginable.
The structure started off quite poor due to the lack of experience dealing with apprentices however they quickly adapted and now have an amazing structure which is created around how we work best as individuals.
Any support needed i can get, no matter the reason we have a way to get the support needed. This includes mental health first aiders on site and online support for financial issues or anything else.
An incredible amount, the training provider always has someone there if we need it.
Not so much. The training provider helps with 'business admin' however the majority of the work we do doesn't coincide with this.
We have bene to many careers events, 3 professional networking events and every Monday we host tag rugby where anyone can come and play from the business.
Yes
The opportunities they provide are endless, the pay is incredible and they are very facilitating to anyone's personal needs.
No matter what, you should go for it as it may not always be what you assume it is.
