This is a new role and I am learning new skills daily
The content of my studies is very wordy as it covers governance, regulations and standards, but is interesting
I think that there is definite room for improvement from the training provider as sometimes I feel unsure as to what I am doing. Cummins on the other hand the work is organised/ structured
Cummins are extremely supportive. My direct manager allows me the time I need for studies and I have mentors within the company who are always willing to give advice and listen to my concerns
Again this is where sometimes I feel a little in the dark
My training provider is basically giving me the theory behind my role
