I work both onsite and in the office dealing both upstream with clients and downstream with subcontractors. Whilst doing this i also go to Leeds college of Building in block release.
Yes, you learn lots of skills - analytical, develop professionalism and get a good understanding of construction.

Very well organized - the block release on college really allows you to have a good balance of your work and college work.
You get alot of support from both your line manager and the apprenticeship team. At a large company like BAM there is alot of support on offer.
Alot - Leeds college of building go above and beyond so that your essays are always done within your block and always teach yo how your college work aligns with your work at BAM.
Alot - everything you learn feeds into what you do when you go back on site.
Not loads - definitely an area that could be worked on. The future bam team are providing more extra curricular activities.
