I complete Model Reviews, work with 3D models, manage Common Data Environment, update any relevant documentation, validade data for compliance against client's requirements
Became much better at IT in general, especially working with softwares, developed communication and collaboration skills, learned about construction
I enjoy every part of it, from the college work to day-to-day job, the tasks keep me motivated and I can see a clear progression from the start until now, with more responsibility being given to me every day
Well organised, college was a bit scary at the beginning because of the fast rate of which we had to learn but once I got used to it it's been okay, the work side is very well structured
Constant support with my own mentor and a team which I know I can count on at any time. Very open channel to ask for help and advice
Enough support to compleye my qualifications, they are always one email away
Learning basic software skills definitely helped me at the beginning of work. Also learning about different roles within construction has helped me understand who my tasks are helping and how to give advice
Yes, many. Regional sports & social clubs, work events at least every 2 months, events for young people, Holiday's events, etc.
Yes
BAM has provided me with all the support I could ever ask for, I feel incredibly welcomed and I can see how much team work means to everyone here
Be open about what your strong and weak points are, come prepared for your interview, believe in yourself and be true to yourself
