Moving to various departments ever 3 months to understand various jobs in each department. Maintenance, I.T, Health and Safety. Ace Tech and Product Engineering for example
I have learnt different skills such as CAD. i had never used CAD before but now I am competent in it
I enjoy my program and enjoy learning different departments although I feel like time spent in the departments should be longer and there should be less departments
