my role is to design kitchens and sell them, i deal with customers and go to their houses to measure and take a brief of what they would like. then use CAD to design them making sure they are also practical and safe. i quote up the kitchen and keep the landbank up to date
yes i have learnt how to use CAD and K8. and dealing with customers a lot has increased my confidence
it has a good structure to help you learn
i could always ask my manager for help and he taught me how to use CAD and K8
i receive support but don't think it's as much as i got from my employer
I don't really think it helps me perform better in my role because the stuff I learn from my training provider doesn't relate to my job and is really confusing
