You'll help stakeholders communicate, test and implement ideas, and participate to continuous improvement efforts. The role requires you to focus on professional development and team communication.

  • Soft skills and interpersonal skills continue to develop throughout the duration of this apprenticeship, as are new skills such as requirements collecting, process mapping, and data analysis, all of which are in continuous development.

  • The program is well rounded and being able to complete this apprenticeship at Motability Operations so far has been a great experience.

  • The programme is well organised in terms having a balance between work life and study. Being given the opportunity to apply the theoretical learnings where it seems appropriate.
