The apprenticeship was very good as an experience and a good summary to what I had learnt from my job.
After an initial confusions, the rest went smoothly.

A lot. The assessors were extremely accommodating and supporting all the way.
It has already gave me a firm base to address safeguarding issues and ensure positive attitude towards my job, and hopefully the future, too.
No, not at work. This particular work environment is extremely solitary, stressful and neglected. Perhaps the office staff have better experience in this area.

The employer pays well and timely which might be an important element when comparing with other employers.
The questions are mixed between the training provider and the employer. I am thankful to the employer for allowing me to start and to complete the wrath of qualifications, and an excellent choice of the training provider. My reservations go towards work availability and the lack of communication with office
