As an apprentice we rotate round 12 different areas of the business. Day to day can vary from rigging up an engine or truck for test , analyzing test data or creating components in CAD. We are also involved in may projects across site from working on the apprentice Landover to creating environmental initiatives inline with sustainability targets
Yeah i have developed many skills regarding knowledge of engines and how they operate, to mathematical and analytical skills. I have also developed many skills relating to collaboration and teamwork
I think its a very diverse apprenticeship allowing you to get a full view of the whole business to find and develop your skills
