I have enjoyed my training, it has helped me think more into the background of care, mainly with deep knowledge on adult safeguarding
Me and my tutor communicate well, the programme i acsess through my laptop, my training platform is straight foward and easy to understand, my work has been level throughout
My employer communicates on behalf of my client when required, although we need more staffing within the company and the care package I work In
My tutor has helped me throughout and has supported me through me finishing my programme this month, always within contact when I need support
It makes me understand deeper of what I do and the services who can support me in my role , also about the priorities in my role
We have team meetings , we have supervisions and annual updates to make sure we’re competent within our role, aside this no
Yes
Because out of the care jobs I have experienced it is the most stable with terms of work, I also like that they reccomended my client suited to my knowledge, he gets more higher level of care and I get to learn more about conditions and health
To always communicate , to not sit within the same role if they aren’t happy, and to bring a friend as we need the staff😂
