Supporting the development and learning and the growth of children and keeping children safe.
Communication skills with colleagues and partnership working with parents. Planning activities and using children's interests to work on their next steps of development.
Yes I have enjoyed my experience especially as i'm learning while im working in the setting.
It is well organised and structured - I have a review with my TA and a report on the year of what is happening when ( webinars, observations and professional discussions)
i have lots of support from my employer and my colleagues.
My TA is amazing, when i need extra support or help with anything she is always there when i need her.
I have learned so much through my course. it makes me feel more confident within my role.
