I am the team leader of Livability in Hereford. I do day to day care and admin to ensure all my residents live a fulfilling life and get the best quality of care they all deserve. I ensure all quality checks are done and up to date to ensure consistency in care.
During my qualification, I have developed my confidence and I feel I can explain and give the best outcomes when needed. I also have developed my math's and English skills during the qualification. I feel I am contributing the best of my skills when at my setting. Overall, This qualification has supported me regularly.
I am currently really enjoying the qualification and it is giving me the best support and understanding each month. I like how I can adapt everything I have learnt into my work setting plus how it influences me when it comes to my residents.
I believe my qualification is very well structured. They provided me with a system called onefile which has all the function needed such as a learning journal and a planner. This is amazing use as I have great IT skills.
I receive great support from my managers, they provide me with the right time and space to complete this qualification.
