Lead a supplier quality team for within our new Accelera brand to develop systems, processes, improve supplier quality within the Hydrogen tech BU
Its helped me with taking a new role to have a mentor and support area there with the rapid growth of the organisation.
i did enjoy it but would prefer more face to face interaction being a kinetic learner.
