To assess Early years staff to ensure that they meet the required standards, this is through professional discussion and Observation.
Yes, I have learnt a variety of questioning techniques as well as different types of observation methods
I thoroughly enjoy the programme but do sometimes feel the face to face stuff could be done online.
Fairly well. The hotel situation hasnt been the best but the course is great
My manager and mentor have both been incredibly supportive throughout
When i contact them i do get response fairly quickly. But seem to get more feedback from colleagues in my team
I dont think i would have learnt different techniques without the course. This is something you can learn on the job but it would take much longer
We have a great team and we do get in touch weekly via zoom to make sure everyone is doing okay. I am lucky that a couple of my team live locally and we can meet up
Yes
Because it is a great company to be a part of. The team support is next to none and i have been made to feel like a member of the team from day one.
Take plenty of notes and dont be afraid to ask questions.
