I have learnt more about continuous improvement and which resource and processes can be used to improve how i work. Learnt about improvement tools and techniques that i had not encountered before and was encouraged to continue my learning elsewhere
It has been a great experience to meet with colleagues from different aspects of the business. To see their understanding grow and the joint support and mutual respect was outstanding.
The programme was very well structured. The tutor was very supportive and able to give great examples and encouragement
I was given the time needed to do the course and to then prepare for my end point assessment. I was given time and space for the EPA.
Got every bit of support and advice i could need. I was very impressed with them. They ensured that i had to data and information. They tested my understanding and provided some excellent materials to support me throughout.
My qualification has given me the confidence in using the tools and techniques in meetings and in my role. i feel i can use them to have proper structured conversations and understand better how Continual Improvement can be used in different aspects of the business
We do have different events at work. There are different fund-raising activities being proposed all the time. The only issue is keeping in touch with the cohort that i went through the apprenticeship with
