I am the Business Manager for a group of preschools. My role is varied and busy. I oversee all aspects of the business for the Director. On a day to day basis I interact with staff, parents and external professionals.
I have developed my existing skills and found the course to be very beneficial already, having only started it 6 months ago. The materials and topics are relevant and have built my confidence greatly.
I really enjoy the programme and being able to learn with like minded professionals. My tutor is great and is always available if needed. Sometimes the pace can feel a little slow but that is a personal opinion.
The programme is extremely well organised, being given dates for teaching sessions in advance has been beneficial to allow me to manage my time and work. The sessions are also well structured and keep to time.
My employer is very supportive and allows me to manage my workload and time independently. If I need advice they are always available.
The support available is continuous. I can reach my tutor easily via email or WhatsApp which is great for a quick response.
This programme has grown my confidence massively. I am an experienced member of the team but gaining a qualification has boosted my morale and opened my mind to new ways of working.
Yes, we have several social events throughout the year. These are attended by all staff which means we get to know each other really well, both in and out of the work environment. We also have social events for our families to attend.
Yes
The programmes are clearly structured and well developed. The Realise staff are knowledgeable, approachable and friendly.
Go for it! I was nervous about adding to my already full workload but it has fitted in really well. The support is great and I am really enjoying it.
