I support the Quality team with the implementation of Quality across the business units. This comes in various ways such as providing Quality and also monitoring and supporting any continuous improvement projects.

I have learnt lots of new skills since joining the business. Things like having a big responsibility in a team and also developing my communication skills massively.

I would recommend Cummins as it is a great company which makes you feel welcomed and the main focus is developing you.
There is a people focus so it's important to be yourself in interviews.
