Taking Incoming calls for household insurance claims
I have learnt a lot of technical knowledge about the Insurance Industry and also about complaint resolution
I have found it to be very varied and helped understand the legal and compliance side of my role
It is very well structured, letting me see monthly what activities I need to complete and my work coach has really helped me
My employer and Line Manager are very supportive, allocating me time, asking questions about how Im doing and giving me flexibility to upskill
My work coach has been very supportive getting me to gateway. Having one to ones to let me know what I need to do and how to do it
It helps me understand the compliance side of my role and make sure that I am performing to the best of my ability
Yes AXA are very good at spcial activities and I get involved in lots of different things and supporting local charities

I think AXA are the best employer Ive worked for. As a site its friendly and supportive and as a company they seem to live their values and communicate well
I would say go for it, they are a very supportive employer who want to get the best from their team
