Data Analysis for Claims
Technical skills in data, domain knowledge about insurance, soft skills such as effective communication, stakeholder management and planning/work prioritisation in Agile ways of working
The studying is very helpful even for someone like me who gets more involved with data than insurance products as such, The apprenticeship side has not been my cup of tea as a graduate but would recommend for someone who hasn't graduated from university.
Pretty structured but also allows for flexibility.
My employer allows me to take 20% of my working time towards L&D, including the apprenticeship

The CII prepares you to better understand the insurance industry, products, processes and procedures in your company. Highly recommended for anyone working in insurance.
