I support individuals in a S.E.N environment. Providing 1:1 support, emotional support and assisting with day to day activities within the educational environment
I’m always learning on the job so there isn’t anything I can really single out! I’ve learned how to talk to younger people though!
It’s truly a blessing and such an amazing opportunity
Very well, they provide learner support and are very good at communicating with me and my placement
Exactly the right amount I need, they are super supportive and always willing to help me out if I am overwhelmed or stuck on something. As a neurodiverse individual this is very important to me
A good amount

Not that I’ve been made aware of but there are many opportunities I wouldn’t have known about if it weren’t for work - I go to a drumming class now
Yes
I’ll be honest they’re the only place that have willingly provided me support and not judged me or asked questions, I request a type of support and they either provide me with it or an alternative. No questions asked, this shouldn’t be such a shock to me but it is
Give them a chance and work with them you will NOT be disappointed
