Taking care of children from 4 months to 4 years
Developed multiple new skills and techniques that have really helped my knowledge to become more confident in my abilities
I enjoyed the layout and the flexibility for deadlines depending on how much I was able to do alongside work
It is incredibly flexible and the structure seemed all over the place
Employer was great but with the lack of staff it did become hard to have time out of the room to do other bits needing to do eg ask questions about the coursework and phrases
I didn’t receive as much support as I anticipated and thought. I have dyslexia and honestly I felt it was easier to just not battle to get the support and I ended up paying someone to come in and help me
It has helped boost my confidence and productivity of the types of activities and planning for them too
We have termly work social events which are great and there has been talk of conferences and events
Yes
They were open and honest about most of what was going to happen just timings were delayed. They were polite, easy to get in contact with if there was a problem and really seemed to care what happened to me at the end of my course
At the beginning and end of course please ensure people are not being forgotten and left completely unattended as it is hard work to constantly have to chase people for answers
