Currently in my role I work on a ticketing system to get IT devices and peripherals to people within the organization as well as looking over the companies inventory of IT assets.
I have learnt a lot of professionalism as well as general organizational and time keeping skills, specific to the role I have become better at IT troubleshooting and data organisation.
I enjoy the program very much as it is ever changing and I get to face new challenges everyday as well as meet lots of new lovely people.
It is very well structured as my modules all line up with what I am doing in work with good communication between me, my mentor, manager and trainer.
I have great communication with my employer, I have had very few issues but any that I have had have been talked about and resolved.
I receive great support and lots of flexibility with my off the job hours.
My course is as a data analyst which goes very well within the ITAM space as it will allow me to become an asset for the team as it ties in very well with my day to day role.
We have had lots of apprentice socials and work events, the only let down is the work seasonal events as they are no longer funded.
Yes
It is a great place to learn with lots of places to go
To give it real consideration as it is a brilliant place to take part in an apprenticeship sceme.
