Providing assistance to commercial insurance clients.
Through the apprenticeship I developed additional confidence in my knowledge and skills.
I felt it would have been better had I not worked in the insurance industry for 4 years prior, however I do feel it has provided me with additional knowledge and enhanced my existing skills.
I felt the programme was well organised and structured, however I feel it was difficult to complete the work required while also trying to manage my day to day tasks of my job.
I received quite a lot of support from my employer, this was much better when our previous team leader left, as our new team leader is much more supportive.
I feel the level of support was sufficient to get me though the process.
I feel it has enhanced my knowledge quite a bit, as I now understand reasons why things happen, rather than just what's happening.
Yes, we have social events both for the team and the company.
Yes
They helped me through my apprenticeship and enabled me to pass.
Keep on top of your tasks, the second you get behind it's a lot of work to catch up!
