I am on a graduate scheme and complete various placements. I am currently in a business analyst placement within change.

Yes, due to my apprenticeship and my on the job learning I have developed many new skills throughout my rotations across the business in commercial and personal lines within Allianz.

I love it, it can be challenging but I always receive the support I need from my coach.

10/10 very supportive and open to conversations from my grad scheme manager

100% support received, specially from my tutor who always ensures I am doing my best and supporting me through the apprenticeship.

Helps increase my confidence and knowledge in the workplace. I enjoy the wider learning as it allows me to gain a different perspective.
