My role is to investigate claims and verify the details surrounding the accident/loss
I have been provided with a lot of online learning material and have started developing my knowledge of insurance basics
I find the programme beneficial with a lot of material available
The programme is well structured and easy to follow however requires self discipline and commitment
NFU Mutual and my line manager have been very supportive and allowed me the time when needed to study
To date my training provider and my tutor have been very supportive and I feel comfortable to approach them if needed
It have provided a good source of background knowledge to date which I have been able to apply to my role. Helping improve my confidence and understanding
