My role is as a commercial manager, day to day at the moment this involves admin work to help out other members of the team, labour checks to assist valuations and being involved with tender processes.
I have both learnt new skills and developed existing skills such as improving my excel skills.
I enjoy the programme to a high extent
My programme is very well organised it has a good mix of uni work, on the job work and development days.
I recieve alot of support from various sources within the company.
I receive a high - level of support such as exam leave before exams
I am at the early stage at the moment only learning basics at uni, but I still feel there is a relevant link between my uni work and my role.
