Multiple placements throughout the scheme, including reply seminars, face to face workshops, multiple networking opportunities, many many ways to develop learn and build a career path.
People skills, communication, time management, business knowledge.
Immeasurably.
The scheme is organised very well at DE&S there are some slight kinks to iron out with the provider but that is to be expected.
There is support from multiple avenues.
Not been in role long enough to comment.
Again this is invaluable, it will allow me to apply knowledge to my role and then take that to the wider company.
Many, every week, networking, charity, opportunities at every corner.
