I complete 6-month rotations around different business areas of my own choice. Usually I am given a specific job role where I have my own responsibilities and deliver my own projects.
I am continuously learning new skills every single day, not just in the marketing area. The opportunity to rotate around different business areas allows me to develop skills for niche areas.
I absolutely love it, I have the opportunity to learn on the job and work on real-life projects as well as applying the knowledge which I learn at University to the work environment.
Very well organised, we are given business mentors who help guide us throughout the 4 year scheme as well as 'buddy's' who are older DA's who offer similar support. We have so much support around us. The programme is structured so that we complete 6 month rotations in different teams.
Incredible amounts! I am always having regular check in-s with my line manager, early careers team, business mentor and degree apprentice buddy!
Lots of support, I am given one day a week for study which gives me a sufficient amount of time to complete my university work.
I feel that I learn so much knowledge at university which is all completely relevant to my job role, allowing me to apply what I have learnt to real-life projects.
We have a number of internal networks, which employees can get involved in. As a DA community, we have a social football team where DA's can play once a week together, and we often organise 'community days' where we spend a day volunteering or even just a get together.
Yes
It is a truly brilliant company to work for. Everybody is so supportive and encouraging, and there are always so many opportunities to progress your career professionally or even for your own personal development. The company has a brilliant work culture, and are flexible and understanding in every aspect. I love it!
Just go for it! Be yourself, be confident and stay curious.
