    • The structure is good. Response to emails from my TDO can be slow.

    • No

  • 9b. Why?

    • Constant restructuring, toxic and blame culture. Not that EDI. Changes are not announced in the best way. Forced acceptance of new pay review, forced redundancies.

    • Adhering to the values is important.
