My role is to manage various different accounts for Aerospace in the Global Aviation Team, currently domiciled within the UK and Europe mostly. This involves talking with clients, helping with renewal of their policies, those with a new policy helping to set up, speaking with brokers and underwriters to negotiate the best terms possible.
Confidence in being my own person, various computer and technical skills, a lot of knowledge around the insurance industry and market movement. Development on team building and leadership skills. Organisation with having many accounts is key to stay on top of work.
I enjoy the programme I am on and find the work life balance to be flexible and positive. I always find time to complete tasks and be my own person as well as being a member of a team.
It appears to be very well organised, I am always aware of what is required from myself and when these need to be done. When I send work over for marking there is always a prompt turn around and happy to help with any questions.
Always available to assist and answer any questions I have, always offering to look over my work and ensures to check in regularly to see where I am at and track my progress.
By completing the qualification, this has helped me in being organised with having apprenticeship and role based workloads. It has helped me build confidence with speaking to people external from WTW and I feel I have learnt lots of values from speaking with my provider.
