Administrative support to T&D Manager - booking training, creating reports, managing budget, TNA, compliance training, managing LMS
Yes - I have built up a lot of confidence which has been invaluable as I progress through my career
I've enjoyed meeting with other Apprentices and working with them and supporting each other through the process. I naturally enjoy learning, but I've enjoyed being able to apply what I have learned into my role.
Very organised and structured well. I do feel more instruction around how to navigate around Smart Assessor would be helpful and knowing where to find everything - I didn't feel that confident with the platform until a few months into my Apprenticeship.
I receive a lot of support; I have regular catch ups with my manager, and my Director and CEO are also interested in m progress.
As much support as I need!
The knowledge I have gained with the understanding on how to apply this knowledge has helped me grow in confidence in my day to day role
We are always running external events, charity fundraising, social activities and general get-togethers
Yes
The programme is very well put together; there is plenty of support; everyone is friendly and welcoming and no question is a stupid one!
