To diagnose issues on systems and complete tasks to speed up the process of day to day work
i've learnt a lot of analytical skills and discovered new opportunities I didn't know existed in the field
I enjoyed the program for the people around as everyone was friendly and willing to put the time into me to learn
I think there were issues with the structure as there was a disconnect with the work i was doing and the apprenticeship tasks i was being given
My "employer" didn't have much involvement but HR and other colleagues assisted a lot and made the experience better
The training providers were very useful in offering extra classes in weak points and giving up time to answer questions
I fell like it helps understand the field more if your new to the professional environment, which helps a lot.
People are very welcoming and there are group of people who assist apprentices and new joiners into feeling comfortable day to day.
