I started an apprenticeship with JN Bentley back in 2017 and i am now on my 3rd apprenticeship with them. I have started a Level 4 Quantity Surveying apprenticeship, where i help manage the costs of JN Bentleys waste projects.
Yes i have developed lots of new skills during my time with JN Bentley not only with work but i have gained a lot of life experience too.
I enjoy it a lot, i am excited to continue to learn more and how i can make a positive impact within the company.
Very structured, i have 3 weeks in work and 1 week a month at college which provides me with a good routine and work balance.
A lot of support, i am lucky to receive a lot of training and guidance.
A good amount, they always make time for there pupils and answer any questions we have.
A lot, i have had a greater understanding of my day to day tasks.
Yes, we have a sports and social team who organise Charity events, social events outside of work and team challenges which involve anything from team building activities to sports events.

I would recommend JN Bentley because not only is it a work place but everyone works is so welcoming and supportive it feels like one big family. There is never a boring day and they really care for there employees.
